I have been using Avast Free Antivirus for years, and I currently have a Windows 7 Home operating system.
I just hired symmetrical fiber with Movistar 300Mbs.
The download speed always gives me 300 but the upload is less than 4.
A technician has just been here and has verified that disabling Avast the speed of upload is the one I have contracted.
Is there any way to solve this problem, to prevent Avast from slowing me down from 300 to 4Mbps?

Perform a repair of avast and see if the problem is solved.
