Just recently I signed up for the Avast Secureline VPN 60 Free Trial and provided the necessary payment information in order to complete the process. During the sign up, information said an email would be sent with the transaction confirmation and balance showing $0.00. I never received an email with instructions on how to cancel the Trial Subscription, so I decided to cancel the Trial subscription via Avast Support.
Stream lined and efficient. Almost immediately after submitting ticket (couple of minutes) I received an email confirming my cancellation.
No muss, no fuss.
