View report upon completion of scan?

I have moved over to Avast after having been a AVG user for a while. Recently I was infected with a Trojan that caused me to reformat my computer. It was after this that I decided to look for another anti-virus solution since AVG had failed to detect that Trojan. So far I am quite pleased with Avast Home, but I have one question.

With AVG whenever I right-clicked a folder to scan it a report screen would pop up afterward showing if there was anything detected or not. Is there a way to enable this with Avast Home?

Yes, this is possible!
Right-click the Avast-symbol in the task-bar → settings → tick: Show results of browser extension (see the picture)
