Virtual chat instead of support consultants on support avast com

Hello
I have a question about support from support avast com avast en ww home/current/contact.
There used to be contact in English.
There is now a virtual chat and you can’t connect with a consultant as it always was. I also tried to write to them by e-mail as a continuation of the conversation I started (as I always did), but I get an automatic response to write to technical support from the website where this chat is currently located.

Is this a temporary issue, or did they just opt out of customer support via email with a consultant?
