do you have more info ?
what is the name of the file detected ?
How did you find it, what type of scan did you do ?
Download Dr.Web CureIt!® from here: http://www.techzine.nl/get-download.php?did=18573&os=windows
and do a full scan
Later with a virus in pagefile you should:
Start → Run → sysdm.cpl
tab Advanced
Click in section Performance on Settings
tab Advanced
Click button Change
Select No Swapfile.
Click Ok, Ok, Ok.
Restart your computer
Your pagefile.sys has been deleted (no swapfile anymore.
Newly set the swap file in exactly the same location “System managed size”,
polonus

If you are doing a Custom scan and selecting “scan memory” then you can get some mysterious result
you can see an example here http://forum.avast.com/index.php?topic=74430.0
That is why we need to see the log to find out what you have done and what file it is detecting

You already got detailed instructions including a screenshot. http://forum.avast.com/index.php?topic=74759.msg619542#msg619542
Now, should I book a flight and come over your house to attach the log, or? If you log does not have the details, then attach the correct one. :
Lower left corner > additional options > attach > press the browse button, Locate the file and select it
