Virus invasion, HELP!

Hi everyone
I had removed Avast from my daughter’s computer to reinstall it later. I got up
from the computer and forgot to reinstall Avast. Few days later the computer
got a virus invasion. It was behaving crazy and it was slow as
molasses. I managed (among all the ghost pages appearing ) to download Avast.
It found 7 Trojans horse and three other bugs. I sent them to chest and I then
downloaded a rootkit which found two hidden objects (rootkits).
These are files names:
C:\WINDOWS\Prefetch\KDAOL.EXE-1FCQL1F02.pf
C:\WINDOWS\System32\kdaql.exe

I then clicked to delete them a but a note appeared saying " The following action can
be dangerous. It is only recommended for expert users. Removal of some files can
damage the system and leave it in a unbootable state"
So I didn’t dare to delete them .
The viruses are still coming and all you see is the avast warnings and me
sending bugs to the chest.
Should I delete those two rootkits?
Why the virus still invading the computer?
Please answer soon. Thank God I downloaded Avast, otherwise
the computer would be completely invaded and abducted ;D
by now.
Thank you,
haydee

Download ComboFix from Here or Here to your Desktop.

[*]Double click combofix.exe and follow the prompts.
[*]When finished, it shall produce a log for you. Post that log and a HiJackthis log in your next reply

Note: Do not mouseclick combofix’s window while its running. That may cause it to stall

Combofix can now remove some rootkit variants. It would be better if you started a new thread in the virus section when you post the results

Thank you so much.
I did it. I have the log. How do I do the HiJackthis thingy ?

I sent the log in a new post at the virus section.
Check it, please.
Tell me how to download the hijackthis and send the log.
Thanks,
haydee
