have you uploaded the file again after three days to check if there have been any chances to the detection?

where did you upload that file to virustotal?
sens the result is using an older version of avast not the latest on.

if you ask me it looks like an false threat to me, but can have wrong.

hope this will do for you.

Here is the VT link for a file with the same MD5.

Hi malware fighters,

This is a heuristic find for malware behavior. Malicious behavior describes an executable file that displays characteristics or behavior that are found exclusively within malware and are therefore blocked to prevent likely intrusion, disruption or damage to computer systems. The term “cloaked malware” is very general. Usually such a term suggests that the alerting programme does not know what it found and that it found it using heuristical methods only. Such an alert is also throughout possible with two resident av solutions on the same system, see for a report here of similar real cloaked malware reported: http://www.wilderssecurity.com/showthread.php?t=263704
