Viruses unable to clean

Dear all,
I have a problem here. the following 2 viruses was found in my PC which running Windows XP home edition.

Win32:Adware-gen(Adw)
Win32:Trojano-2873(Trj)

avast on-access scanner has detected this two viruses while PC is booting up. Although I’d deleted it but it keeps coming back each time I boot up the machine.

I’d clean my machine using Trend Micro online Spyware & Virus scan, but it won’t help.

Hope you all can help me to solve this problem a.s.a.p

 What you have reported is "adware" and a "trojan", which
 are NOT viruses. Therefore, to complement your antivirus
 and antispyware program(s), it is recommend you install
"Ewido" from www.ewido.net/en ; this program
"specializes" in detecting and removing trojans, worms,
 adware, generic dialers, etc .

Also do a scan in safe mode (tap F8 while booting) with Ad-Aware and Spybot Search & destroy:
