Hi,
I have been attack by different viruses. I have run the protection4 times so far and every time I reboot I can only work for a little while and the malware protection box pops up. Then it finds more viruses.
Ex -window\system32\svchot.exe
Alureon
And some others. Do I just have to left it run over until my computer is clean or is there something else I need to do?

According quality of your information, you should reinstall OS… Otherwise you can pray…

you can boot into safemode (without networking!) or boot with a rescuecd from avast/kaspersky/bitdefender and clean up…
else it will be clean installation with a high risque of data loss or infection if you want to keep your data
