I purchased a premium version for avast mobile security thus i have not been issued a voucher code to use to activate the same.
How do i go about it since the phones at the Czech offices are going unanswered.

A license and voucher are two different things.
What is the problem?

So you did pay for license and did not receive any voucher code? Please check your mail box in spam (as I believe you already did) and if nothing is there, please go to the support page and raise a ticket (http://www.avast.com/cs-cz/support)
