Avast continues to be unable to resolve my issue with the VPN not connecting. So I got an email from support offering to convert the funds to my Avast anti virus, extending the anti-virus til 2020. I said yes, but haven’t heard any follow up. They reiterated about the refund not being available after 30 days. I guess they are trying to make me a satisfied customer. I will wait and see when the response will come and I see a change in the account. Communication does not seem to be that great with this company.
The support can take a few days to give you a proper response. This is one of the most weak points of Avast products.
Just wait and everything is going to be ok.
It will probably happen on Monday. This is the weekend.
