Hey there, ive been using secureline for quite some time. I have 4 device at home 2 computers and 2 mobile phones. Only one pc cannot get virtual ip from avast secureline for some reason and cannot reach to the internet. I changed the protocols, formatted the pc, reinstalled the software and tried to connect via ethernet but unfortunately they did not work out. I am a software engineer for almost 15 and tried everything i could find on the internet but nah.

I was even in contact with support via chat and remote desktop but even they were not able to fix this issue. Pretty unsatisfying tbh…
Not sure if I would recommend Avast as VPN provider in the future.
same procedure. after remote session they created a ticket for the issue. then a support team member wrote a mail to me and i described the issue. then its fixed suddenly. i guess there is a bug about that and the “deep” support team of avast fix it individually.
