After today’s update my VPN stopped working. It says I’m offline even though I’m obviously online and connected to the internet. I tried to repair it, I uninstalled it and tried to reinstall, but it failed to install twice. Finally, I downloaded offline installer, it did install, but it still says I’m offline. I do have subscription active.
Anyone with simillar problem?

It looks like some kind of server issue since it dosen’t instal from online source. I’ll wait till tomorrow and see waht happens.
Same here in the UK. Internet working properly so the laptop is NOT offline. Have tried switching on and off etc, subscription active confirmed. Real nuisance.
I have the same on 7 devices, Internet working properly and VPN says I’m offline I think it’s a server problem
It work again now.
Have a fault code of ME5RMY after troubleshooting which Avast says too many devices on line. One problem - I only have ONE laptop device and no other even capable of using the internet
Chat agent is a 30 minute wait.
