its the secureline VPN opening page just stuck on “OFF”
Because we cannot see what you see, it helps you to post a screenshot of your problem.
Your reply above is showing ‘OFF’ is normal operating procedure before you click ‘OFF’ to turn your VPN ‘ON’?
A picture can be worth a thousand words, as here. Picture will show if it is that or something else.
If you do not know how to do a screenshot, then use:
—>Press Alt+PrintScreen when viewing your problem.
—>Open Paint and Press Ctrl+V to paste into Paint.
Save your new file and place on desktop. Attach your picture in your next reply.
Hi my name is Antonio,
I am trying Avast out for the first time and I am having an issue with being able to turn the VPN service on. It newly installed and I get an error when trying to turn it on saying “sorry its not possible to establish a connection” Note: I have completed the troubleshooting steps on the avast website including un-install/Install and have a doctorate in computer information sciences just to let you know what skill I have.
Please advise. Thank you in Advance
