Hi !!!
dear friends i am new to avast i just purchase avast for 1600 rs (around 40 usd) in India
some one pls tell me what is vrdb ?
(this is my understanding pls correct me if i am wrong---- its system restore point ,i have created vrdb two times but how do i restore it ,as we restore system from system restore ,)
i am using vista can i use windows defender with avast because both are antivirus
if i can use vrdb can i disable system restore from windows

  1. Read help file about VRDB.
  2. Windows Defender is not antivirus, you can use them both indeed
  3. No, VRDB is not like system restore. You may want leave system restore on, sometimes it may be usefull.
