vVX3000.exe & vVX3000.dll & vVX3000.EXE-0838C7A3.pf FAKE LifeCam Files ???

Without getting into alot of detail as to WHY, i was unsure about multipal vVX3000 files in multiple locations on my laptop. vVX3000 is supposed to be from “Microsoft Lifecam”. So to be sure i used “Revo Uninstaller” to uninstall Lifecam and ALL it’s traces including registry items. : Now some of the “vVX3000” files are still present and the remaining ones have a Digital Signature from “Hardware Group Test Cert” that indicates A certificate chain processed, but terminated in a root certificate which is not trusted by the trust provider. I did a "Google’ search on “Hardware Group Test Cert” and could not find any info on the company does it even exist I checked with Microsoft to compare “Product Version” and “File Version” and i found the files on my laptop do not match with Microsoft.

Should i shred the remaining files? Are the files rogue or legit?

Please check YOUR PC and let me know what you find

Submit them to www.virustotal.com and post back, please.

the scans came out clean for all files

So, seems the files are left behind by a bad uninstallation process.
