I sent a message to say my free antivirus is expiring in a few days but I have paid of “Clean up” which is valid for quite some time. I keep getting a message to say my antivirus is expiring but when I try to renew it takes me to a pay for further protection. I am concerned about what will happen when my free antivirus runs out.I received a ticket number back but no follow up with information on what to do.
The free version should be registered for another year automatically when the current registration expires.
Current handling time for tickets is 10-15 business days.

Thank you for your replies. I am still getting messages that it will expire in a few days.
When I went to settings I see the 4 days left… I dropped down and found the activation code from last year, it said “congratulations” and then still shows 4 days left >:(
