I have been waiting for 13 days for someone to respond to my ticket. I was auto billed for Avast internet security on the day that I intended to cancel it. It was my understanding that products that are purchased within 30 days are eligible for a refund and time is running out. When should I expect a response for my ticket? My support ticket is 847044
