Want to cancel auto renewal but there’s a problem

I genuinely did not know I was signed up for a renewal? My problem is I input my ID number and password from the Avast email, comes back invalid? So tried the forgotten password,asks me for last 4 digits of my credit card, again comes back invalid.
The sum of £39.99 has been taken from my account, plus I no longer have the laptop I signed up with! Can an advisor help please.
