Ran a network scan, result may have had a man in the middle attack.
Warned not to use phone for banking, credit cards etc.
Had a green resolve button, clicked.
Solution use a vpn.
Sounds like a ad for vpn. Not actually a man in the middle attack
I just saw this myself; the thing is, I have three devices connected to the same network, and only one is reporting “man-in-the-middle”. I even had one of the other devices rescan after seeing it, and it reported the network was good. One of the main differences is the two (then three) “good” scans came from Android 12 devices; the “bad” scan came from an Android 9 device.
I am using Android 13.
I tried using vpn stopped warning.
Disconnected vpn.
Without vpn no longer get warning.
I am using a desktop and laptop on the same network Wi-Fi ran Avast network inspector all okay.
I only use my phone mainly for messaging and phone calls.
If i connect to the web on my phone I use my home network.

Rescanned an hour later no more warnings.
