Warning msg every 2 minutes (same)

Hi,
I get and warning about blocked a threat and no further action is required …but this msg repeating every 2 minutes …How can I stop ? (attached)

scroll down to Farbar Recovery Scan Tool, run as instructed and attach the two diagnostic logs
