just thought i’d let everyone know i was just released from LSU(louisiana)hospital since last sat.
have major heart probkems along with my anxiety and stomach issues’
have several appointments to get problems fixed
am on heart medications along with anxiety and stomach pills’
I really hate pills

major heart problems along with anxiety and stomach issues.Doesn’t sound good.What you need to do is move to western Canada.preferably British Columbia.Free medical,and there’s nothing that cant be put off till tomorrow.Not a thing to really worry about,nice weather 4 real seasons.friendly people,no one carry guns.

It may be harder to do than for me to say, but worry/anxiety only makes things worse; for many things they are outside your control so worrying about them isn’t going to help. Whist I’m not particularly religious, there is much in what Bob said.
