Watching Sky on holiday - works intermittently

Am currently in France using Secureline VPN on Mac OS

Using London as a location, I’ve managed to get it to stay up for about an hour, twice, but then it kicks me off

I can’t figure out what the problem is or how to reliably get it to connect

Any help appreciated!
