As the archive is password protected avast can’t scan it.

The others are likely alerting through a signature base detection which is (kinda) useless when it comes to password protected archives.
All one has to do is change the password, archive type and/or compression and it will not be detected till they add the hash for the new archive to their signature database.

The file in his link is.

Yes, and?

he zipped and password protected it after the VT scan, then uploaded it to a file share site
