I have noticed recently that while using Avast Web Shield (Web Protection) on my iPhone and iPad, it seems to be conflicting with iCloud Private Relay. It wasn’t the case in past, so I believe one of the recent updates must have changed something in Avast behavior, that prevents Private Relay from working.
Whenever I enable Web Protection on my device, my IP address is exposed online. In addition to that, Mail app complains it is unable to load content privately, due to network settings. All of these issues stops, when Web Shield is disabled in Avast app, and I am disconnected from Web Shield VPN.
Could you please restore the old Web Shield behavior, which allowed it to work together with Private Relay? It was working fine in past.
