i just clicked on the Additional Protection option in the Avast gui and WebRep is no longer listed. I didn’t change my installation at all so what could have happened?
Check the add remove programs, avast Change/Remove button, Change and see if the WebRep is installed (as I said in my other reply).
If it is then try the avast repair.
It has somehow been completely uninstalled and not by me. Maybe if you click to uninstall the plugins in the UI and it stays like that for a while, it gets completely uninstalled by itself? It certainly seems that that is what happened.
