Web Shield Causing Youtube Videos to Not Load or to Load Slowly

What if you dont use the pepper plugin but still have similiar issues with jerky video or it loading slowly while the shield is active?

Plugin location is: C:\Windows\system32\Macromed\Flash\NPSWF32_13_0_0_80.dll

Could it just the browser I use since its not exactly chrome but based off chromium?

Chrome has flash built in. That’s not the case with the Chromium base browser you’re using.
You’ll have to experiment.

See whether this flash player is the latest version available or get that and then re-install the plug-in.
