I’m looking for some info on what I think may be a false positive I keep getting from my accounting cloud software site related to their live agent.
Can I get it checked somehow? Can I post the alert ID here?

The actual alert ID, doesn’t actually show any information, as far as I’m aware it is unique to that detection, and if you got multiple detections they would change.
A screenshot of the Alert with the Details option selected might help.

Hopefully you will get a response from the Virus Labs team, sent it as soon as you can as there would likely be limited numbers on the weekend.
