web shield is showing zero scanned over two hrs

hi…web shield is as dead as dodo yet it says active but network shield has scans over 3000…can someone pls explain?

What browser are you using ?

Do you use a proxy of any kind (web accelerator, ad blocking) ?

Ok, the scanning should be transparent and automatic, without changing any setting.
The other point was taken by David, if you use a proxy you’ll have to change the settings.
