I keep getting this error/warning pop up. Any idea what is the problem?
Have you tested the url on Virus Total https://www.virustotal.com to confirm it is clean?
If clean, submit a false-positive form to avast for consideration. See: Choose Your Sample Submission Type | Avast
Are you intending to visit that site, I guess not ?
Then it is most likely that one of your add-ons is trying to update, have you added any new add-on just before this started to happen ?
If so you could temporarily disable it and see if it stops.
Thanks, I tried virustotal and the report screenshot (partial) says 2 of 96. Not sure if that’s good or bad since this is the first time I used that website. I’ve tried removing all non-essential add-ons from Firefox.

I think the only add-on recently added is NordPass Password manager, which I’m trying since Avast has ended the password manager in their security product, which I used for years.
I heard good things about NordPass but if it doesn’t play nice with Avast I may look for another password manager.

Just try running your browser with that app disabled, does this resolve the avast notifications ?
You could try what has been suggested to check the URL on VirusTotal and if there are no hits or a very low hit ratio, submit the URL for analysis.
The Blacklist popup hasn’t happened in the past 24 (or so) hours. It wasn’t happening often, just every 1-3 days. I’ll try to post an update in 2-3 days. It’s possible they white-listed this as I did submit it.
A good start, which hopefully will continue.
