My a ast one web shield keeps turning off I do not have it set to any type of battery settings either
Update this is now happening on two phones this is now happening on 2 different phones
What are these phones ?
A very long time ago I had this issue with Samsung and its overly aggressive battery saving. Yet when I checked the Avast Settings the Web Shield was supposedly still on, switching it off and back on brought it back to life until the next time.
But you are saying you don’t have any battery saving options, so I’m at a loss as to why this might be happening. Are both of these phones from the same maker ?

My phones are different one is an HMD the other a TCL 50xe The TCL is upgraded in every way possible The HMD is a regular phone
No battery saving options are on no data saver either I have truly unlimited on one and 50 gigs on the other so no need
This is an ongoing issue known to affect Samsung phones. There seems no fix from Avast other than to manually turn webshield off/on. You could raise a ticket to Avast Mobile Team via the app as employee suggested here:
