Hi,
Over the last 4 or 5 days IE8 was opening the home page saying “tab recovered” and then later in the day being unable to launch for more than a split second.
After a lot of faffing around the fix is to go into internet options from the control panel and disable your webrep browser addon. Once IE has opened successfully it can then be re-enabled and doesn’t seem to cause a problem until the next avast update.
Can someone tell me what the problem might be and when a fix will be found?
