Website blocked While Clean?

One of our clients uses Avast to protect their computer. When they try to go to our website to order products online, Avast blocks and warns them that the site is not safe.

The website was infected with malware about 1 1/2 years ago. We cleaned it up immediately. It’s been 1 1/2 years that Google Search Console and all our tools say that the site is now free of malware and safe. That includes our hosting as well which confirms the site is free of malware.

But Avast continues to flag our site. How do we change that? Is there a place on the Avast website where we can ask for Avast to revview the site again? Or is it something the client who uses Avast must do on their end? And if so, what should they be doing to get Avast to review the site and confirm it’s safe?
