Website detected as a fake shop

Hi,
I’m the webmaster of a website and it’s detected has a fake shop by Avast. How can we solve it because it cause problems for the clients to access the website. Is there someting we can do to solve it ?

Report a false positive here:

Have you first checked the url on these https://www.virustotal.com and/or https://sitecheck.sucuri.net/
If confirmed clear, submit another false positive form to Avast: Choose Your Sample Submission Type | Avast

I checked with sitecheck and everithing was ok. It’s the same with virustotal.
I also submited the false positive form. It works for a few days and Avast blocks it again.
