Website url blacklisted - url: mal

Hi support, I built a website for a client that is is being blocked by avast antivirus, getting the error message “url: mal”.
I think the url has been blacklisted by avast as there may have been some dodgy files on the previous server that the clients old site was hosted on. Because of this we are hosting on a new server, and the website files that i uploaded are clean. I think the problem lies with the url being blacklisted. Please may I log a request for avast to investigate, and whitelist the url: hxxp://www.mtunziniac[.]co.za

The blacklisting is probably IP related as PHISHING ( HTML/Phishing.Gen trojan)
and other malware activities were started from the IP address, you share with 19 other domains.

And yes, it was because of phishing: secure.your.apple.id.page.update.mtunziniac[.]co.za
