What am I doing wrong?

Two months ago I sent 4files to analysis(via-email),but Avast didn,t approve definition. What am I doing wrong?

They could be lost in the virus@avast.com jungle… tons of emails every day…
Maybe you could send them again, sorry and thanks.

Is it important what password do you choose when you send file to analyze?

Normally the pasword is “virus”, but if you post the password in the body of the message, it should make no difference.
