I was charged $109 for auto renewal last month. I don’t want to renew. I have tried sending emails many times. I’ve tried contacting support through the app but I received no answer. I don’t know what else to do other than go through PayPal to try to get a refund. Does anyone have a solution that just doesn’t send me in circles? Thanks. Edit: I have tried following all the instructions. When I get to my order there’s no option for a refund even though I’ve been trying for weeks. Today is the 15th and that was the day they charged me on May 15th. So I don’t know whether it’s because today is the 15th that I’m not seeing a refund option? Every link I hit takes me back to the same page where I choose. I didn’t want to auto renew. I am a senior citizen and I’m too old to try to figure this stuff out. I’ve tried everything I can try. Why don’t they just have an email you can send an email to and have someone help you?
I’m in exactly the same situation, it must be that they are doing all they can (quite a lot) to deter people from trying to get their entitled refund whilst pretending to give helpful instructions which are b/s
