What does bad photo mean in avast?

Hi

Today I was checking an issue on customer’s macbook air running OSX 12 and avast antivirus.

At some point I got notification that a large number of photos were bad.

Hence below questions:

  1. What does it mean exactly that avast considers a photo bad?
  2. What action should I take? Clicking on resolve in the notification did not bring up any suggestion
  3. Is this just an ad to promote e.g avast cleaner for mac?
