2 of my system logs says:
“TCP/IP has reached the security limit imposed on the number of concurrent TCP connect attempts.”
I Run a Torrent connection by the way for bit torrent.
1-) Does this mean some one is trying to access to my computer?
2-) Or my Computer is Trying to access to some one’s computer (E.G bittorrent , Utorrent…etc)

no one has tried to attempt a crack your pc. but the number of connections your torrent manager using is exceeding the tcp/ip security limit and hence the error.
