Maybe It is warning you that there is a hidden process which not shown in the task manager.
It doesn’t nor no directory, But is this Bad? I have never seen this before.
Well i’m not sure if is bad or not but you can try removing it by following the step given be the Spyware Doctor.

No, Only that message shows. Actually - Just noticed that it only happens when My game is open although it only started today… Information going back and forth?

Personally I wouldn’t delete anything unless you are absolutely certain what it is,not all hidden processes are malware
