I see IMRWorldwide spikes (clean blue ones) in my network shield. I’ve cleaned my cookies and I’ve scanned with MBAM and Avast bootscan and I am clean. What is this thing? How do I block it, I put it in my Tools>Site blocking in avast as .imrworldwide.com/ but I still saw it.
Try Googling it
FYI Spywareblaster blocks it.

Sometimes I see strange websites on my network shield when Im not doing anything.
Im trying to think really hard but I can’t remember what they were! But I do remember googling them and they seemed like they were just normal companies or website…
They didn’t sound like they had anything do with anything I was doing on the computer, I hadn’t even heard of them!
But your problem sounds like a suspicious site… Try clearing your cookies. Or searching for imrworldwide in your cookies and delete it. (Firefox: Tools > Page Info > Security > View Cookies > Then in the search box type imrworldwide or similar, Im not sure if you can search cookies in other browsers though, you’ll have to google that)
I cleared cookies and flash cookies. Spybot MBAM and avast found nothing, so I presume it is gone
I don’t think it was ‘really’ bad or something, but when i googled it, it said something about spyware and or cookies…I dont know… Also, when I did a SUPERAntiSpyware scan just before, it found an imrworldwide tracking computer on MY computer…!
C:\Users\User\AppData\Roaming\Microsoft\Windows\Cookies\3JLVA9HK.txt [ /imrworldwide.com ]
Tracking cookies, gathering data about your movements on the web basically which many people regard as spyware and an intrusion of privacy… Delete them but they’ll come back when you visit a website that uses them unless permanently blocked.
