what is this anyone know

My partner who has paid Avast installed keeps getting this virus thingy pop up and it virtually disables her computer and having to restart. I have attached a screen image

I don’t believe the page shown in your image is the “Official Microsoft Support” page.

The Microsoft support pages begin “https://support.microsoft.com/”. Looks like your search has been hijacked.

what can i do and if I have avast installed how has this happened? Neil

Try run Malwarebytes AdwCleaner >> https://www.malwarebytes.com/adwcleaner/

If still problems, follow instructions here and somone from that list will assist you >> https://forum.avast.com/index.php?topic=194892.0
