WhatIsMyIP page is being blocked.

The “WhatIsMyIP” automation page is being blocked on my machine.
It’s reported as “Infection: URL:Mal”
It isn’t blocked every time, the effect is intermittent.

All the page returns is a text string containing the IP address you’re calling from…

Malwarebytes found nothing.
I don’t believe I have an infected p/c, I think that either Avast is giving a false positive, or the website is intermittently returning some unusual code.
