Where can one find the Access List in Avast Internet security?

My printer has quit working and the error message says that 2 necessary executable files have been blocked. The suggestion is to contact my AV provider o find out where the “Access List”" is. What does this mean and how do I do it? I emailed Tech Support but have not received an answer.

The executables could be:

  1. Moved to Chest and you need to restore them. You need to restore them (IF they are clean, rescan with avast and when restoring, check with www.virustotal.com).
  2. Trapped by the AutoSandbox. You need to make an exception.
