My printer has quit working and the error message says that 2 necessary executable files have been blocked. The suggestion is to contact my AV provider o find out where the “Access List”" is. What does this mean and how do I do it? I emailed Tech Support but have not received an answer.
The executables could be:
- Moved to Chest and you need to restore them. You need to restore them (IF they are clean, rescan with avast and when restoring, check with www.virustotal.com).
- Trapped by the AutoSandbox. You need to make an exception.
