Where do I go to keep track of tickets?

I would love to, I just don’t know how to get to my tickets to give you the number.

Why did you create more then one ?

I didn’t, I was just wondering if there was a tracker of sorts so I can keep track of my ticket.

You should be able to track your ticket/s on the same ticket portal https://support.avast.com/Base/User/Login
You will also receive an email each time a change is made to your ticket :slight_smile:

You said ticketS, that gave me the impression you submitted more than one.
Now that you have submitted just one, please do not send another or change that one.
If you do, you will be put back to the bottom of the stack and you will have to wait longer.
