Since 1 Jan Bank mode has disappeared from the secure browser. Why?

sorry I forgot to provide more specific instructions.
Copy this URL into the search box - secure://settings/diagnosticInfo
and there you should see a button that will allow you to copy the contents.
You can also access this data by going through the Browser settings page and at the bottom there is an “About Avast Secure Browser” section in which you will see the Diagnostic information button which will open the same contents as the previously mentioned URL.
Please send us the contents and we will reach out as soon as possible.

Well after waiting to hear back from Jan Hassman,
Software QA Engineer … I have heard nothing, no solution. Not even the avast support go to solution “uninstall everything”.
So, I uninstalled everything; installed again and bank mode is back.
Avast support is NOT USER FRIENDLY at all.
I renewed my ultimate subscription, only because I got a value license key on eBay a month ago; Otherwise, I would not have renewed at all.
SOLUTION TO BANK MODE FAILS TO LOAD IN SECURE BROWSER… Uninstall Everything and reinstall.

I am sorry I could not respond to you sooner. I have managed to reproduce the issue you have experienced and we will be looking more into it. The issue you are experiencing is caused by integration of AV and Browser which need to create a connection. For me just making sure AV is opened in the background when launching Browser was enough to have Bank mode working all the time. I am glad to hear you have managed to workaround the issue with reinstalling yourself.

Hi Jan,
It seems the last Premium update caused the problem.
Seems, something in the premium security update corrupted the loading of the bank mode extension in the secure browser.
Once premium was uninstalled and reinstalled, bank mode returned.
