I Have made to two tickets to solve a problem about a licence I bought earlier.
Non of the two tickets were replied or answered, for 2 weeks now or so.

and what is your license problem?
I purchase a 3years 3pc Licence on December 11, 2013, I installed the licence on two computers, I setup the third licence on the computer and a message pop up saying : this Licence is blocker or forbidden. ?!
have you installed the correct avast version on it?
remove the program with this Uninstall Utility http://www.avast.com/uninstall-utility
download and install again http://www.avast.com/download-software

I did re install the software after uninstalled it on a different pc, and still the same message .
