I’m being billed for the same product twice and cannot get through all the hoops. I’m over trying to make contact before the 30 days refund policy comes up. I have 5 of their products.

Thank you. However it doesn’t seem to matter what I do one gets back to the loop! I am deaf and phone and chat don’t work for me - so I’m stuffed! Not happy.

which version of avast have you got. premium or avast one.
where did you first download avast from. avast website, app store, link from another website?
what 5 products have you got. certain items can be purchased seperately so maybe that is why its showing you have 2 charges.
did you then apply for the free trial of premium or avast one.
have you turned of auto renew https://support.avast.com/en-ww/article/Alternative-unsubscribe/#pc
