Having said that, I’d like to reassure avastf that this isn’t the first time the subject has come up. It’s more a bug caused by avast than a fraudulent use of your code.
This sometimes happens when you change IP, log out in the UI, re-install or especially if you enter your activation code several times on the same device.
The display should nevertheless be correct in 1 or 2 days.
The subject is a little dated, but the problem has already been raised and explained by the avast team:
I’ve just done the test, and you can do it too.
Enter your activation code 1 time, 2 times, 3 times … on one of your devices, and you’ll see that the number of devices in use will increase accordingly (5, 6, 7, …).
