whenever i go to the control panel to uninstall it it won’t let me do it i click the uninstall button and all it does nothing.

Do you have any other antivirus installed in your computer?
Did you have in the past? Which one?
You can try the utility that Spyros gently informed but what I’m curious (and worried) is why this is happening?
